One of the biggest complaints among new hires in the consulting industry is that you’re made to warm a desk, paying dues, before you get to see real action. At BearingPoint, it’s the opposite. New consultants are thrown into the trenches day one. For some, this is frightening. Luckily, we weren’t going after the faint of heart.
